USA: The US has also approved Moderna’s vaccine after Pfizer. The Trump Administration had already ordered a large-scale approval of this vaccine. The Italian government has made it clear that it is not going to take any relaxation on Christmas eve this year. There will be lockdown in the whole country.

The US has approved the second vaccine in the past two weeks. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved Moderna’s vaccine on Friday night. Prior to this, Pfizer’s vaccine was approved. In both cases, one thing was common. To approve both, an FDA panel pressed for early approval. However, this panel was also of American experts. This vaccine has also been prepared from RNA technology.

The news agency was quoted by US officials as saying that by the end of this week, Moderna will hand over about 6 million vaccines to the US government. Moderna’s vaccine has been approved after three phase trials on around 30,000 volunteers. It was found to be 95% effective during the trial. FDA Commissioner Stephen M. Han said – now we have two vaccines to deal with Kovid-19. Their use has been started on a wide scale. 20 million vaccines have reached the US. It is believed that by the end of next year this number will be 200 million. These will be full doses.

The Italian government made it clear on Friday night that this time at Christmas there would be a dense shadow of Corona. According to the government, there will be a lockdown in Italy over Christmas. The festive season begins in Italy and the rest of Europe from Monday. During this period, there will be 7 to 10 days holiday in different countries. France and Germany have announced relief from December 24 to 26, but Italy has made it clear that it is not in a mood to give relief. The reason for this is that infections and deaths have still not reduced very much here.

According to the government, the decision to lockdown has neither been taken in haste nor does it want to impose restrictions on people. This decision has been taken under compulsion and unhappiness.
