West Bank, July 25, 2024 — Three individuals sustained injuries in a suspected terror attack on Thursday morning in the West Bank, according to Israeli media sources. The incident occurred on Highway 55 near the village of Nabi Ilyas when gunshots were fired from a passing vehicle.

Initial reports indicate that the shooting took place around 9:00 AM local time. The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have launched a review of the situation and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the attack.

The Israeli emergency response organization Magen David Adom (MDA) confirmed that it was providing medical treatment to the injured.

The victims include two men in their 30s and 20s, who sustained moderate to light wounds. They were transported to Meir Medical Center for further evaluation and treatment. The third individual, who was lightly wounded, also received medical attention from MDA.
