Air Baltic has unveiled plans to launch a new direct flight route between Tel Aviv and Vilnius, Lithuania’s capital, starting March 31, 2025. The airline will operate the route twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays, aiming to bolster travel between the two countries.

The new flights will depart from Tel Aviv at 6:30 a.m., with return flights from Vilnius scheduled for Sundays and Wednesdays at 10:50 p.m. and 11:30 p.m., respectively.

This development comes at a time when Lithuania has been recognized for its supportive relationship with Israel and its growing appeal as a destination for young people globally.

The Lithuanian Tourism Office emphasized that Lithuania is a safe and welcoming destination for Israelis. It boasts captivating landscapes and cities that offer a high-quality urban experience combined with nearby natural beauty.

The country’s proximity to green spaces, just a short drive from Vilnius and Kaunas, provides a balanced travel experience.
